Automatic TikTok Shop LIVE Label Printing

Hot-Label prints small, data-rich tags automatically while you run your TikTok Shop LIVE show. Each sale gets its own label so you can stick it on the item the moment it sells and never lose track of what goes where.

Tags are packed with the right details — buyer info, order details, and show context — so matching sold items later doesn't require digging through screens or guessing.

The problem with manual TikTok Shop LIVE labels

Without automation, keeping track of sold items during a fast TikTok Shop LIVE show is rough. You're juggling comments, orders, inventory, and tagging all at once.

  • Handwritten tags are easy to misread or lose.
  • Typing labels manually slows down your show and breaks your flow.
  • Pre-labeling items? Huge waste of time!
  • It's easy to mix up items, especially when buyers win multiple products or you run long sessions.

Hot-Label replaces all of that with small printed tags you place on each item as it sells, so the "who bought what" question is always answered right on the label.

How Hot-Label works with TikTok Shop LIVE

Hot-Label watches your TikTok Shop LIVE stream, listens for completed sales, and prints a small label automatically for each qualifying sale. You just grab the printed tag and stick it on the item.

  1. Sign up on the Hot-Label website. Create your account, complete onboarding, and get access to your dashboard.
  2. Install the Chrome extension and QZ Tray. Your dashboard gives you the install links and guides you through setup.
  3. Open the extension and configure your printer. Choose your thermal printer, pick your small label size (often around 2×1), and adjust your preferences.
  4. Run a quick test print before each show. Use the test print button to confirm everything is working before you go live.
  5. Enable auto print and start your show. Turn on auto print so each sale gets a tag automatically while you sell. You can choose in settings whether auto print should stop when your show ends.

Once you're set up, your workflow is simple: test print, enable auto print, go live, and stick labels on items as they sell.

What's on each label?

Hot-Label tags are intentionally data-rich so you can reconcile orders quickly after your show. A typical live-sale label will include:

  • Buyer handle or identifier.
  • Relevant order details and pricing.
  • Date/Time of sale.
  • Your custom logo
  • Your custom text - whatever you'd like!

That means when it's time to pack and ship, you're matching clearly labeled items to clearly identified buyers — no guesswork, no backtracking through the replay.

Supported printers and systems

Hot-Label works with most thermal printers on Windows and supports many popular models on macOS. We have especially strong support for:

  • Arkscan – our favorite for livestream labels, including the Arkscan 2054K-AP with Auto Peel for maximum speed.
  • Rollo – widely used by ecommerce sellers and a great match for Hot-Label.
  • Zebra – industry-standard workhorses that handle high volume with ease.

On PC, we've also seen good results with printers like Jadens, Dymo models, and other generic 4×6 thermal printers. On Mac, the most reliable options are Arkscan, Rollo, and Zebra.
