Getting Started

Follow these steps to set up Hot-Label and start auto-printing shipping labels from your Whatnot livestreams. You’ll get 200 labels free just for signing up — no credit card required.

Create Your Account
Sign up for a Hot-Label account. You’ll get 200 free labels, no payment required.
After signing in, you’ll automatically go through onboarding where you’ll provide a few business details (like your name and printer preferences). At the end, you’ll be shown a one-time Install Key — Make sure to copy and save this key — you’ll need it shortly.
Download QZ Tray
Hot-Label uses QZ Tray to securely access your thermal printer.

Install the Hot-Label Chrome Extension
This extension links your Whatnot livestream sales to your printer.

Register the Extension
Click the Hot-Label extension icon and enter:
- Your Hot-Label account email
- Your Install Key
Then click Register to link your extension.
Configure Your Printer
Inside the extension popup, click Settings to:
- Select your printer
- Set your preferred label size
- Run a test print to confirm setup
Start Selling
Just hit the “Auto-Print” toggle inside the extension to enable label automation.
Now when a sale happens on Whatnot, Hot-Label will print your shipping label instantly — no clicks needed.
