🔥Hot-Label

System Requirements

Hot-Label is designed to work with common livestream seller setups using thermal label printers and Google Chrome.

Printers

Thermal printer support

Hot-Label supports all thermal printers on both Windows and Mac. If your printer shows up as a normal printer on your computer, it will work with Hot-Label.

We have especially strong support for Arkscan, Zebra, Jadens, Dymo, and Omezizy models. Whatever printer you use, Hot-Label will connect to it.

Architecture

How Hot-Label works

Hot-Label uses a combination of a Chrome extension and a small print server on your computer to enable instant, hands-free printing.

  • The Chrome extension watches your livestream sales as they happen.
  • When a sale completes, it sends a secure message to the local print server running on your machine.
  • The print server talks directly to your thermal printer and fires the label immediately—no clicks, no copy/paste, no downloads.

This combination is what lets Hot-Label print instantly as a sale ends, completely hands-free.
