  • Onboarding Data: Full name, business name, phone number, referral info.
  • Device Info: May include browser details or user agent in the future.
  • Contact Form: Name, email, message, and optional marketing opt-in.

How We Use Your Data

  • To operate and improve our Services, including print reliability and account features.
  • To communicate with you, including service updates or troubleshooting.
  • To process transactions securely via Stripe.
  • To optionally send marketing messages, if you've opted in.

Marketing & Communications

We may occasionally send promotional emails, but only if you've opted in via onboarding or our contact form. You can opt out anytime by contacting us.

  • Payments: Stripe handles all payment processing. We don’t store your card details.
  • Hosting: All services and databases are hosted securely on Railway.
  • Legal Compliance: We may share data if legally required or to protect our rights.

We retain your data as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal requirements, and support features like usage history. You can request deletion of your account and associated data anytime.

Your Rights & Choices

  • You can access or update your account info via Clerk’s account portal.
  • You may request deletion or export of your data through our contact form.
  • To stop print tracking, uninstall the extension or stop using the service.

Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
